Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number: We will email you shipping info as soon as it becomes available, you may also log into your account for order status. Some shipping methods: USPS First-Class Mail international and USPS Priority Mail International don't include an online tracking number

Shipping address change request: Please make sure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. For frauds protection, we will not make any address changes once order is submitted

- Import duties and taxes charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibilit

- About USPS Delivery Confirmation Number: The USPS tracking site will only give date of shipper's notification of shipment and package deliver. It will normally not update acceptance/enroute and other tracking info during transit until the package is delivered

- USPS First-Class Mail: about 3 to 9 business days; may take a few additional days to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI

RC toys, hobbies, and electronic products are guaranteed against Dead-On-Arrival only, please contact us no later than 24 hours from delivery time for exchange instruction

RC toys/hobbies/electronics products with cosmetic damages and malfunction from crashing, improper usage/handling/installation/assembly/diassembly/etc

***Exception 1: if you ordered an incorrect/wrong product, i.e. you bought a case for a 2nd Gen. iPod Nano and thought it will fit your 1st Gen. iPod Nano and it didn't fit, you will be required to pay shipping cost both way (to and from) for the exchange

***Exception 2: under any circumstances, if a package is marked "return to sender" and is noted by USPS relating to any addressing problem, you will be required to pay for re-shipping the item to the correct address

You should expect to receive your replacement/exchange/refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your return package to the shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
